Skyline 1729, known as The Desert Clubhouse at Skyline Resort, is a newer four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 18, enough for four full foursomes. It sits close to several courses: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes.

The headline feature for golfers is the garage golf simulator, a Bushnell LPI setup with a 15-by-10-foot hitting bay, turf mat, lounge seating and its own A/C unit, so the group can warm up or settle bets after dark. Out back, a walled courtyard holds an XL private hot tub that fits nine, a fire pit with a large sectional under string lights, a covered patio table, a mister system and a Blackstone griddle.

Skyline Resort's shared amenities are a short walk away: an outdoor pool heated year-round, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes and a park. Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek are nearby for a day off the course.
