Skyline 1737 is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome at Skyline Resort in Washington that sleeps 12, so three foursomes can share one house. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes, with St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes out.

Every sleeping room has its own bathroom. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, and the bunk room has two twin-over-full bunk beds. A powder room on the main floor and an upstairs loft lounge give the group extra space to spread out between rounds.

The main level is open and easy for a crew: a wraparound sectional faces a TV and fireplace, the kitchen has a big island with bar stools, a gas range and stainless appliances, and a wood dining table seats eight. A stacked washer and dryer help with golf clothes on longer trips. Out back, the walled patio has a private hot tub, a gas fire table, covered lounge seating and a Blackstone grill for post-round dinners. There is also room for trailer parking, plus bike racks, a cooler and camp chairs.

Skyline Resort adds shared amenities that feel like a club: an outdoor pool heated year-round, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes, a playground, covered picnic pavilion and a grassy park.

When you are not on the course, Sand Hollow Reservoir is roughly 10 minutes away for boating and paddling, and the surrounding red rock country is known for off-road trails and dunes. Zion National Park is an easy day trip from this side of Washington County.
