Skyline 1738, known as Juniper House, is a new 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at Skyline Resort in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 18, enough for four foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes.

The sleeping plan works well for golf buddies. Two bedrooms each have a king bed, an ensuite bath and a TV. A third bedroom has two queen beds with its own bath with tub and a TV. The bunk room holds two twin-over-queen bunks with twin trundles plus an ensuite bath, and a sleeper sofa adds two more spots.

Evenings happen out back: a private hot tub, a fire pit with lounge seating under string lights, a covered dining table with outdoor TVs, and a Blackstone grill. Inside, the open living room with a big leather sectional runs into a white kitchen with island seating, and an upstairs loft offers a second place to watch the game on one of the smart TVs. The garage doubles as a game room with foosball, a dart board and a pop-shot basketball arcade, and there is an extra fridge out there for drinks. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee maker, air fryer and griddle, and the home also has a washer and dryer and an EV outlet.

A short walk leads to Skyline Resort's shared amenities, including an outdoor pool heated year round, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong, horseshoes, cornhole and a park and playground.

For non-golf days, Sand Hollow State Park is close for boating and paddleboarding, the home has direct off-road access toward Sand Hollow and Warner Valley with onsite trailer parking, and Zion National Park is about an hour's drive.
