Skyline 1742 is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps 12 guests, enough for three foursomes. Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course is about 9 minutes and Green Spring Golf Course is about 11 minutes. St. George Golf Club is about 13 minutes out and Southgate Golf Club about 17, giving a group plenty of choices across a multi-day trip.

Each sleeping room has its own ensuite bath. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have a king bed and a TV, and the bunk room holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A sleeper sofa adds space for two more guests. A half bath on the main floor serves the living area.

The home sits on a corner lot next to the community playground. Out back, a private hot tub sits beside a covered patio with string lights, an outdoor TV, a gas fire pit with lounge seating and a dining table, so the group can recap the round after dark. Inside, the open main floor combines a large sectional, a white kitchen with island seating and a round dining table, and an upstairs loft gives the group a second place to relax. Smart TVs are throughout, and a washer and dryer are on site.

Skyline Resort (the home is also marketed as Sunset Corner Stays) offers a year-round heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a basketball court, ping pong and horseshoes, all a short walk away.

Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek State Park and miles of desert trails are close by for a day off the course. Note that construction is ongoing across the street.
