Skyline 1757, nicknamed Red Rock Adventure Lodge, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Washington, Utah that sleeps up to 16 guests, which is room for four full foursomes under one roof. Golf is close in every direction: Sand Hollow Golf Course is about 8 minutes away, Coral Canyon Golf Course about 9 minutes, Green Spring Golf Course about 11 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 13 minutes, so a group can rotate courses without long drives.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which keeps mornings moving before an early tee time. The primary suite has a California king bed, the second suite has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen. The bunk room holds two bunk beds and sleeps up to eight, and a queen pull-out sofa in the upstairs loft adds space for extra players. A half bath on the main floor serves the living areas.

The main level is open, with a leather sectional facing a smart TV, a dining table and a long quartz island with bar stools in a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range. After the round, the walled back patio has a private hot tub, a gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a covered dining table and a BBQ grill. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table and arcade cabinets, and there is also garage parking, a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi and smart TVs throughout.

Skyline Resort adds shared amenities for downtime between rounds: a resort-style community pool with shade structures and loungers, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a cornhole area, a playground and open green spaces.

Beyond golf, Sand Hollow State Park and its reservoir are nearby, the Warner Valley OHV trails are minutes away, downtown St. George offers dining and shopping, and Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park make easy day trips for non-golfers or an off day.
