The sleeping plan works well for a group of eight. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite full bath, and one bathroom has a jetted tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed and uses the shared full bath in the hall. The third bedroom has two queen beds. There are no sofa or rollaway beds, so the posted count of eight is the real count.

The standout feature is the huge covered deck, set up with sectional seating and a spectacular view across the valley to the mesas and mountains. It is an easy place to recap the round at sunset. Inside, the living room has a large sectional, a fireplace and a TV, and the dining table sits next to sliding doors to the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are four smart TVs, Wi-Fi, board games, a Nintendo Switch, a washer and dryer, a Keurig and a new air conditioning unit. Entry is a straight shot with no stairs.

The condo is part of the Sports Village resort. The clubhouse area, community pools and playground are within walking distance, the aerial photos show tennis and pickleball courts and a sand volleyball court, and charcoal grills are available at the clubhouse since grills are not allowed at the condo.
