The Lofts 1 & 2 Retreat

Built for big golf groups, The Lofts 1 & 2 Retreat combines two adjoining townhomes in The Lofts community of St. George, Utah. Together they offer 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths plus two half baths, and room for up to 32 guests, which is enough for eight foursomes under one roof line. Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, and Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 8 minutes, with St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes out.

Both townhomes share the same four-bedroom layout. On the main floor is a primary suite with a king bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs is a second king primary suite with an ensuite, a third bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds plus a sofa bed. Across both homes that adds up to six king bedrooms, four of them with ensuite baths, and two bunk rooms for extra players.

Each unit has an open family room with a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen with an island and bar seating, and a long dining table for team dinners. A second living space sits upstairs next to the bunk room. Smart TVs and high-speed internet cover evenings in, and every home has its own grill with outdoor seating on the patio. Private balconies look out toward the resort pool area.

The shared resort amenities are a short walk from the front door: a heated pool with a custom water slide, a waterfall and a shallow splash area with a water dome, two large hot tubs, pickleball courts, and a small playground. Free parking is included, and RV or trailer parking is available nearby.

Downtown St. George restaurants are a short drive away, and Snow Canyon and Sand Hollow Reservoir make easy outings on a rest day. Smaller groups can also book either townhome on its own.
