The Lofts 13

The Lofts 13, also known as Canyon Breeze Loft, is a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome at The Lofts at Green Valley in St. George, Utah. It sleeps up to 14 guests, which fits three foursomes with room to spare. Golf is the big draw of this location: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, and both Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes. St. George Golf Club, Entrada at Snow Canyon and Black Desert Resort are all within about 13 minutes.

The 1,935-square-foot layout gives the group two primary suites. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is a king suite, Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds for four full beds in total, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. The upstairs king suite and Bedroom 4 share a covered balcony, and a half bath sits on the main floor.

The main level is open and bright, with a large gray sectional and TV in the living room, a kitchen with gas range, stainless appliances and a peninsula with bar stools, and a dining table with red metal chairs next to sliding doors. Out back, the partially covered patio has a dining set and a grill that looks onto a shared green lawn. A griddle, pickleball paddles, and card and board games are also provided.

The community pool area is a short walk away and includes a resort-style pool with a kids' water dome, a waterslide, two hot tubs and a waterfall feature. Residents also share pickleball courts and a kids' playground.

When the clubs are put away, the red and white sandstone scenery of the St. George area, local trails, parks, dining and shopping are all close by.
