The Lofts 20

The Lofts 20 is a modern four-bedroom townhouse in St. George, Utah that sleeps up to 10, giving a golf group room for two full foursomes. The location is hard to beat for tee times: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills about 8 minutes each, and St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes.

The home has 3.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is downstairs with a queen Tempur-Pedic bed and an ensuite bath. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a queen Tempur-Pedic bed, Bedroom 4 has a king Tempur-Pedic bed, and the bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed, a futon and a desk area with a printer. Every bedroom has a smart TV, an Alexa device and a charging port, and most of the beds are adjustable.

The main floor is open and bright, with a sectional in the living room, a kitchen with a peninsula, bar stools, stainless appliances and a gas range, and a dining table for six. Sliding doors lead to a covered back patio with seating and a gas grill, plus bike storage with a lock. Upstairs balconies add extra spots for coffee before an early tee time.

The Lofts community has a pool with a water slide, two community hot tubs, a kids playground, pickleball courts and RV or trailer parking. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided for each guest. The home does not have a private pool or hot tub.

Between rounds, biking and hiking trails start just down the street, and Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir are close by for a day off the course.
