The Lofts 37

The Lofts 37 is a contemporary four-bedroom townhome at The Lofts at Green Valley in St. George that sleeps 14, enough for three full foursomes. Golf is very close: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club is about 7 minutes, and Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club are each about 8 minutes. St. George Golf Club is about 10 minutes away.

The sleeping layout suits a mixed group. The downstairs master suite has a king bed and an ensuite with a glass walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second master suite has a king bed, an ensuite with a private toilet room, and a balcony shared with the fourth bedroom, which also has a king bed. The bunk room holds two full-over-full bunk beds plus a queen pull-out sofa and shares a full hall bath with the fourth bedroom. There are three and a half bathrooms in all, and every room has a ceiling fan.

The main floor is open and bright, with a sectional living room, a kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and island seating, and a dining table for eight. The covered upstairs balcony has a foosball table, and the back patio has a dining table and a gas grill for post-round cookouts. A Nintendo Switch and card and board games cover the evenings.

Guests have access to the resort's shared pool with a waterslide and waterfall, two hot tubs, a kids water dome, a playground and pickleball courts.

Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir are within easy driving distance, and shopping and dining in St. George are just a few miles away.
