The Lofts 45 is a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in The Lofts at Green Valley in St. George, Utah, and it sleeps up to 12 guests. That works out to three foursomes. Few rentals sit closer to the west side courses: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes each, and St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes.

The primary suite upstairs has a king bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor with a queen bed, a smart TV and its own ensuite, which suits a golfer who prefers to skip the stairs. Bedroom 3 upstairs has a queen bed and a smart TV. The bunk room upstairs has two full bunk beds, a twin trundle, a smart TV and a PS5 for downtime.

The main floor opens into a living room with an oversized sectional and a 75-inch smart TV, a chef's kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, a butcher block island and bar seating, plus a coffee station and a dining table for six.
