The Vues 12

The Vues 12 is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in St. George, Utah that sleeps up to 18 guests, which fits four full foursomes. It sits in a tight cluster of courses: Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes, Bloomington Country Club and Dixie Red Hills Golf Club about 8 minutes, and St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed and their own ensuite bath, so the group's leaders get private space. The fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle, and the fifth has two queen-over-queen bunks; these two rooms share a bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the loft adds one more bed, and every bedroom has its own A/C unit.

The open main floor pairs a living room with a large sectional and a kitchen with bar seating and a dining table. Smart TVs throughout, an Xbox One and a mini Pac-Man arcade in the loft handle downtime between rounds. Outside, a private back patio has a picnic table and gas grill, and private balconies give a spot for morning coffee with views across the resort.

The Vue resort shares a pool, a hot tub, pickleball courts and a sand pit with a kids climbing wall, so there is still something to do on a rest day without leaving the property.

For non-golf days, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir are both within driving distance, and the rest of the St. George area is an easy drive from the home for groups who want a break from the course.
