The Vues 5

The Vues 5, known as the Green Valley Getaway, is a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in St. George that sleeps 20, room for five foursomes under one roof. Sunbrook Golf Club is about 5 minutes away, Southgate Golf Club about 7 minutes and Bloomington Country Club about 8 minutes, with Dixie Red Hills about 9 minutes and St. George Golf Club about 10 minutes.

The sleeping plan spreads across two floors. On the second floor, Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, which suits the players who want their own space. On the third floor, Bedroom 4 has two full-size bunk beds, Bedroom 5 has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed, and a full-size sofa sleeper in the family room adds two more spots. A full bathroom serves that level, and a half bath sits on the main floor.

The main floor is open, with a big sectional and leather chairs around the TV, a kitchen island with four stools, and a dining table that opens to a ground-level patio with a gas grill. The third-floor family room gives the group a second lounge. Three separate outdoor spaces, including a front balcony and an upper deck, are good spots for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Every room has its own AC unit, and there is a full-size washer and dryer, a one-car garage, driveway parking and overflow parking.

The Vue community shares a heated pool and hot tub open year-round, two pickleball courts and a playground with a climbing rock and sandbox.

The home sits above the Green Valley Gap trail network for hiking and mountain biking, and downtown St. George dining and shopping are minutes away.
